At the Abingdon Ruritan Club November Membership Meeting, all were treated to a fantastic program. Lycan, the K9, was accompanied by Lt Kevin Shifflet, Supervisor for K9 Handlers and Deputy Dani Woodward – all from the Gloucester Sheriff Department.
